Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University would like to introduce LL.M. program which start in late November 2014 until February 2015. The program contains 2 options;

• The 4 course-option - one semester with 4 courses on legal subjects at the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, Thailand, and one semester at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, United States of America.
• The 2 course-option – 2 courses taught on legal subjects at the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, Thailand, and two semesters at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, United States of America.
• The 2 course-option was created in order to meet the requirement of the educational system in the Department of Law in some counties that requires at least 2 semesters at the University.

The students who successfully complete the courses with a minimum GPA of 2.7 are eligible to apply for the LL.M. Program in U.S., International and Transnational Law at Chicago-Kent. Chicago-Kent College of Law shall provide the LL.M. Degree and this degree carries full academic recognition and it is equivalent to those that are available to all LL.M. students at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Benefit of this program:

In general, full academic tuition fee for the LL.M. program in the US is at least 32,000 USD excluding the living expenses. This program offers very excellent choice of cost reduction where the 4 course-option program costs approximately 25,900 USD and the 2 course-option program cost approximately 31,900 USD.
